| 摘 要： | 2015年8月《图书馆参考咨询服务规范》正式实施，《规范》的制定为图书馆参考咨询服务指明了方向。试图在《规范》的基础上，研究省级公共图书馆立法决策服务的要素，尝试构建立法决策服务评价体系，以期能够横向测评省级公共图书馆立法决策服务水平，优化省级馆服务，建立规范的服务流程，解决公共图书馆在立法决策服务方面存在的一些问题。

| Abstract: | 《the Library Reference Service Standard》 was carry out on August 2015, the formulation of《the Library Reference Service Standard》is point out the direction of library reference service. This article based on the 《the Library Reference Service Standard》 to studying the service element of Provincial legislation decision-making, to trying to structure the evaluation system of legislation decision-making service which expecting to horizontal assess the standard of legislation decision-making service; optimize the service of Provincial library; establish the standard service procedure and solve the existing problem for Public Library legislation decision-making service area. |
