| 摘 要： | 档案信息资源作为数字信息资源的重要组成部分,涵盖着大量信息,云计算时代,对各级各类数字档案馆数据库中的信息资源进行合理组织和优化配置,实现资源的有机整合和共建共享,成为档案工作的必然。分析了云计算与共建共享型档案资源服务的关系,阐明了云计算环境下建设共享型档案信息资源服务策略,探讨微观视角下智慧档案馆三大平台运行模式,充分提升档案信息资源的利用服务能力。

| Abstract: | Archives information resource as an important part of digital information resource, has covered with a large number of information resource. In the cloud computing era, the organic integration and sharing of resource based on the rational organization and optimal configuration of information resource in all types of digital archives database have become a necessity of archives work. This paper analyzed the relationship between cloud computing and the co-construction and sharing of archives resource service, and clarified the service strategies, and discussed the three kinds of platform operation modes of wisdom archives in micro perspective, so as to fully improve the utilization and service ability of archives information resource. |
