| 摘 要： | 主要从知识服务模式及其作用出发，对高校图书馆知识服务模式构建的必要性进行分析。在上述基础上结合实践经验，深入分析信息化背景下高校图书馆知识服务模式构建的用户需求、系统框架及主要内容，对高校图书馆校内服务、馆企服务、馆政服务中的注意事项进行研究，望在一定程度上改善高校图书馆服务效益。

| Abstract: | Based on the knowledge service model and its function, this paper analyzed the necessity of the construction of knowledge service model in university library. According to the practical experience, it studied the user demand, system framework and main contents of knowledge service model construction under the background of informatization, and conducted the research on the attentions of campus service, enterprise service, administrative service in university library, so as to improve the service efficiency to a certain extent. |
