摘    要:乳腺肿瘤是母犬中最为常见的肿瘤,运用实时荧光定量PCR检测了37例犬乳腺肿瘤病例和37份正常乳腺组织.结果表明:犬乳腺肿瘤组织中肿瘤坏死因子受体(TNFR1)的表达量显著低于正常对照组织(P<0.05).该试验结果说明,犬乳腺肿瘤的发生很可能与TNFR1表达降低有关,为深人研究肿瘤形成的分子机理提供了重要参考.
