摘    要:目的]探讨寡糖素提高作物抗逆性的机理。方法]以黄瓜幼苗为材料,在低温胁迫下,通过测定喷施不同浓度(13、17、20、25和40μg/ml)寡糖素后叶片SOD和POD活性、MDA含量及电导率变化,研究了寡糖素对黄瓜幼苗抗低温胁迫的影响。结果]喷施不同浓度寡糖素的黄瓜叶片细胞SOD和POD酶活性均高于对照,MDA含量和电导率均低于对照,其中喷施20μg/ml寡糖素的效果最佳,2种酶活性分别高于对照44.7%和92.5%,MDA含量和电导率分别低于对照45.4%和26.3%。寡糖素是通过提高叶片内SOD和POD保护性酶的活性,使植物细胞内自由基维持在较低水平,从而减少电解质外渗和对细胞膜的伤害,提高了细胞的自我恢复和调节能力。结论]寡糖素提高了黄瓜幼苗抗低温胁迫的能力,以喷施浓度为20μg/ml效果较好。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the mechanism of increasing the stress resistance of crops by oligosaccharin.Method] With cucumber seedlings as tested materials,the changes of SOD and POD activities,MDA content and the electrical conductivity in the leaves after being sprayed with oligosaccharin at different concentration.(13,17,20,25 and 40 μg/ml)were determined under low temperature stress.And the effects of oligosaccharin on the resistance to low temperature stress in cucumber seedlings.Result] The enzyme activities of SOD and POD in the leaves of cucumber that were sprayed with oligosaccharin at different cucumber.were both higher than that of CK,while MDA content and the electrical conductivity rate were both lower than that of CK.The effect of spraying 20 μg/ml oligosaccharin was best.The activities of SOD and POD were 44.7% and 92.5% higher than that of CK respectively,while MDA content and the electrical conductivity were lower than that of CK by 45.4% and 26.3%.Through increasing the activities of protective enzymes SOD and POD in the leaves,oligosaccharin made free radicals in plant cells maintain at lower level,reduce the electrolyte leakage and the damage to cell membrane and improve the self-restoration and regulation capacity of cells.Conclusion] Oligosaccharin increased the resistance of cucumber seedlings to low temperature stress,with the effect of spraying 20 μg/ml better.
