摘    要:试验采用4头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的本地雄性水牛,在冬季自由采食青干草和稻草日粮条件下,测定水牛瘤胃液体积、周转率和停留时间以及氮代谢变化。结果表明,青干草期瘤胃液体积、周转率显著高于稻草期(P<0.001,P<0.01),而停留时间在两期中无显著差异。瘤胃液氨氮(NN_3-N)浓度,青干草期显著高于稻草期(P<0.01),瘤胃液NH_3-N池量、微生物蛋白(MCP)浓度及其池量也显著高于稻草期(P<0.001)

Abstract:Four local male huffaloes, with permanet rumen fistula were used in this experiment under the condition of be-ing fed with the hay or rice straw ad libitum in winter, to determine changes of fluid volume, turnover rate and retentiontime and nitrogen metabolism in the rumen of buffaloes. The results showed that the rumen fluid volume, turnover rate inthe hay period were significantly higher than that in rice straw period(P<0.001,P<0.01), however, the retention timewas not significantly different between two periods. The concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the rumen fluid in the hayperiod was greatly higher than that in rice straw period(P<0. 01), and the pools quantity of rumen fluid ammonia nitro-gen, microbial protein(MCP) as well as MCP concentration in the hay period were also significantly higher than that in ricestraw perid(P<0. 001).
