| 摘 要： | 本文分析了区域农业结构非合意性趋同的危害、成因以及其存在的必然性与长期性。研究认为,农民、地方政府和市场在农业结构调整中行为的局限性是区域农业结构非合意性趋同的主要原因,区域农业结构非合意性趋同导致了部分农产品生产能力过剩,阻碍了区域特色农业的形成与发展,不利于实现农业结构调整的战略性,具有一定的长期性,当前的对策是创造有利于广大农民的主体作用、地方政府的主导作用和市场组织的组织作用的理性发挥的内、外部条件。
