摘    要:通过对美国红巴梨(Pyrus communis.L)高接换优过程中的品种新梢生长和嫁接愈合状况及产量恢复的分析表明,采用插皮接时原品种(或砧木)的嫁接枝条粗度选择在1.5~2.5 cm范围内,接口愈合效果最好,接后的品种生长发育较好,原砧的干砧率较低.试验发现,腹接的接口愈合程度高于插皮接,但成活率、生长势较插皮接方式低,枝条花芽量较少.此外,高接树第4年负载产量应比同等地径的该品种树体负载产量要略少,以确保花芽的形成和翌年产量.

Abstract:The analysis on new shoots growth,grafting healing and yield recovery of Red Bartlett Pyrus communis L.top-grafting showed that when the stem diameter of stocks was 1.5 to 2.5 cm using bark-insert grafting,the grafting effect,the growth and development of new graft plant were better,and the ratio of dry-stock was lower.The healing of grafting union for using abdomen-insert grafting was better than that using bark-insert grafting,but the amount of blossom bud of former was fewer than that of the latter's.In addition,the yield of grafting tree should be lower than the non-grafting fruit tree which has the same root-collar diameter of stock as grafting trees to ensure the form of flower bud and yield for the next year.
