基于临界面法的纤绳节点板疲劳损伤评估

摘    要:采用基于临界面的多轴疲劳寿命预测方法,对纤绳节点板在长期的风荷载作用下的疲劳损伤进行了评定。以最大剪应变平面的方法确定每一个时间点的临界损伤面,根据非比例多轴加载下最大剪应变临界面不断变化的特点,再以该平面对材料损伤影响的大小为权值进行加权平均,把权值平均最大的剪应变平面定义为临界损伤平面;用多轴循环计数法对临界损伤面上的正剪应力同时进行循环计数,确定每个循环的临界损伤参量。结果表明,临界面法更符合纤绳节点板多轴非比例加载的实际情况,因而可以给出更加合理的结果。
