氮磷钾配施对四川紫色丘陵区干制辣椒产量和品质的影响

摘    要:以干制辣椒品种辣丰3号为材料,采用非完全随机区组设计方案进行大田试验,研究氮、磷、钾配施对四川紫色丘陵区干制辣椒产量、品质和经济效益等的影响。结果表明,露地种植辣椒的氮、磷和钾养分最佳配比(N-P2O5-K2O)为205~225-125~135-210~225 kg/hm2,该肥料配比下的产量和经济效益最高,氮(N)、磷(P2O5)和钾(K2O)的农学效率分别为15.6、11.4和11.5 kg/kg。产量最高时干鲜比值最大,利于干制,但高产时辣椒中的Vc和氨基酸总量均较低。

Abstract:A field experiment was conducted using non completely randomized block design to investigate effects of combined applications of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)fertilizers on yield,quality and economic benefit of Lafeng 3-a typical capsicum cultivar grown in the area for dry products.Results showed that the best combination of N,P and K fertilizers was N P2O5 K2O=205~225 125~135 210~225 kg/hm2,resulting in the highest yield and economic benefit.The agronomic efficiencies of N,P2O5 and K2O were 15.6,11.4,11.5 kg/kg,respectively.This fertilizer combination also yielded the highest ratio of dry /fresh weight,very beneficial to dry product processing.However,the contents of Vc and amino acid were lowered at this high yield level.
