| 摘 要： | 采用不同药剂对植株不同部位组织进行诱变处理的方法 ,进行了大白菜四倍体诱导研究。结果表明 :用改良浸根法、秋水仙碱溶液点滴法、以及 0 0 5 %秋水仙碱和 4%二甲基亚砜混合溶液对大白菜进行诱导处理都能得到四倍体植株。诱变成功率以 0 2 %秋水仙碱溶液点滴处理最高 (最高可达 68 75 % ) ;改良浸根法浸泡 8h后 ,诱变成功率可达 68 0 0 %。

| Abstract: | Several inducing methods were applied to obtain Chinese cabbage tetraploid from its diploid. When 0.2% colchicine was dropped to the growing point of Chinese cabbage diploid, the ratio of tetraploid induced was as high as 68.75% after 48 hours of treatment. With a modified approach to immense the root of diploid plant,both the ratio of surviving and that of the tetraploid induced were decreased gradually with the spreading of the treatment duration. It was showed that immensing for 8 hours was the optimum way to induce the Chinese cabbage diploid into tetraploid. |
