| 摘 要： | 当下村委会选举中侵犯村民选举权利的行为缺乏有效的监督和救济。从社会学角度分析村委会选举相关各方的行为,可以发现村民选举权利受到侵蚀的社会心理根源。考察几个主要的监督渠道和救济途径,村委会选举权利得不到充分保障的原因在于行政监督和救济缺乏动力、权力机关监督软弱、司法救济没有发挥应有的作用。

| Abstract: | The efficient supervision and relief are presently absent in the election of villager committee.On the view of sociology,we can find out the social and mental root that the right of the election of villagers' committee is corroded.Though the main ways of supervision and relief were reviewed,the reasons of the lack of supervision and relief were the administrative supervision,the legislature was flaccid and the judicial relief couldn't be available. |
