小麦穗发芽抗性机理与遗传研究

摘    要:1987—1989年在人工模拟降雨室鉴定了123个小麦品种,发现不少白粒抗源;研究了13个品种的穗发芽率、籽粒发芽率、籽粒含水量、吸水速率和α-淀粉酶活性变化,认为抗穗发芽的主要机理是低α-淀粉酶活性和小的吸水速率;并用6个抗性不同品种的双列杂交,初步探讨了抗穗发芽性遗传,可能存在母体与子体抗性因子互作效应。
