碱木质素接枝丙烯酸钠共聚物的分离初探

摘    要:以K2S2O8-Na2S2O3复合体系引发碱木质素和丙烯酸钠接枝共聚,研究了碱木质素接枝丙烯酸钠共聚物的分离方法.结果表明,采用酸析离心工艺能有效地分离接枝共聚物,而且在中和度105%~115%、转速6000 r/min下,离心9 min即可达到均聚物与共聚物的良好分离,红外光谱证实分离产物为接枝共聚物.

Abstract:Grafted copolymerization of alkali-lignin with sodium acrylate was carried out using K2 S2 O8 and Na2 S2 O3 as initiator,and method of separating alkali-lignin grafted copolymers was investigated. The results showed that acidification followed by centrifugation could well separate out the grafted copolymers from the crude products. At neutralization degree of 105 % -115 % and centrifugation rate of 6 000 r/min,the separation could be done in 9 min. Using the FT-IR spectra,the separated product was verified ...
