棉花黄萎病抗性毒素鉴定的可行性分析

摘    要:利用病圃鉴定和毒素鉴定,分别对35个具有陆地棉遗传背景的野生棉种质渐渗系和抗、感病对照进行抗黄萎病性鉴定。病圃鉴定结果表明,苏6005、苏6073高抗黄萎病,苏6025、苏6093抗黄萎病,而文5、苏6016、苏6022、苏6026、苏6035、苏6038等22个品种(系)达到耐病标准,鄂荆1号、苏6001、苏6007、苏6023、苏6042、苏6061等11个品种(系)感黄萎病。毒素浸根试验证实,24、48h致萎度不能真实反映供试品种(系)对黄萎病的抗性水平,而毒素浸根72h后,供试品种(系)对黄萎病毒素伤害的抗性存在显著差异。根据苗期毒素鉴定的72h致萎度,能够准确预测供试品种(系)成株期在病圃鉴定中对黄萎病的抗性水平,棉花对黄萎病抗性的毒素鉴定是一种简便、快速、高效、可行的抗病鉴定方法。

Abstract:35 germplasm lines introgressing from wild cotton with the genetic background of upland cotton,resistant control and susceptible control were identified for resistance to Verticillium wilt by disease garden identification and toxin identification.The results from disease garden identification indicated that Su 6005 and Su 6073 were high resistant to Verticillium wilt,Su 6025 and Su 6093 were resistant to it,22 lines including Wen 5,Su 6016,Su 6022,Su 6026,Su 6035,and Su6038 et al.were tolerant to it,whereas 11 lines including E' jing 1,Su 6001,Su 6007,Su 6023,Su 6042,Su 6061 and so on were susceptible to it.The experiments with plant root immersed in toxin solution showed that resistance of tested varieties to Verticillium wilt could not be revealed truly by the degrees of 24 hours' wilting and 48 hours' wilting,remarkable difference existed in resistance of experimental varieties to toxin damaging according to the degree of 72 hours' wilting.The resistance of experimental varieties to Verticillium wilt in disease garden identification in fully grown plant period could be forecasted precisely according to the degree of 72 hours' wilting in toxin identification at seedling stage.It was an easy,rapid,efficient and feasible toxin identification for resistance to Verticillium wilt in cotton.
