摘    要:大田栽培条件下,以"花育22号"品种为材料,研究了有机无机肥配施对夏花生根系活力和叶片衰老的影响.结果表明:有机无机肥配施可以提高叶面积系数、叶片中叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量以及有关保护酶的活性,降低MDA含量,延缓生育后期的衰老速率,提高生育后期的光合作用积累,有机无机肥配施效果显著好于单施无机肥和有机肥处理,单施无机肥在生育前期的效果好于单施有机肥,而单施有机肥的处理在生育后期效果好于单施无机肥.因此,有机无机肥配施是花生较为理想的施肥方式.

Abstract:Field experiment was carried out to understand the effect of combining application of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on the leaf senescence in summer-planting 'Huayu 22'peanut. The results showed: Combining application of organic manure and chemical fertilizer was able to improve LAI,Chl and soluble protein content as well as activity of SOD,POD,CAT,while decrease the MDA content in leaf.
