7个荷花品种光合特性的研究

摘    要:使用LCpro+便携式植物光合测量系统对7个荷花品种的光合特性日变化及其光合-光响应曲线进行研究。结果表明:7个荷花品种的光合特性日变化没有明显的"午休"现象,其光补偿点在3.99~12.45μmol/(m2.s),光饱和点在699.37~855.00μmol/(m2.s),表观量子效率在0.034 2~0.043 3μmol/(m2.s)。品种间光合特性存在一定差异。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the photosynthetic characteristics of seven varieties of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.by LCpro+photosynthesis system.The results showed that the seven varieties of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.did not exhibited a midday depression.The minimum value of light compensation points was 3.99 μmol/(m2·s),the maximum value of light compensation points was 12.45 μmol/(m2·s).The minimum value of light saturation points was 699.37 μmol/(m2·s),the maximum value of light saturation points was 855.00 μmol/(m2·s).The minimum value of apparent quantum efficiencies was 0.034 2 μmol/(m2·s),the maximum value of apparent quantum efficiencies was 0.043 3 μmol/(m2·s).Different varieties of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn had a few differences in their photosynthetic characteristics.
