| Abstract: | Several reform measures are adopted in the Institutes of Sci-tech and Information, Wenzhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The paper has put forward suggestions on medium or small-scale libraries: (1) To build up honorary mechanism of library work; (2) Focus on public service and supplementary in sci-tech development; (3) To unify institution titles with special services; and (4) Strive to establish regional informational library centers of agricultural science and technology. |
