| 摘 要： | 以农业科研院所为例，分析现阶段固定资产管理模式存在的问题，提出了固定资产信息化管理的重要性，并从认识理念、管理制度、资源共享及人才队伍建设等方面提出固定资产信息化管理的建议，以期为固定资产管理者提供参考。
