摘    要:利用发动机的试验测试结果,采用拟合的方法得到了发动机模型。给出了关于发动机的最佳燃油经济性的最佳动力性的转速调节特性,讨论了无级恋速传动系统参数的设定方法。结合发动机转速调节特性研究了实现发动机理想性能的匹配策略,最后对其进行了计算机仿真。

Abstract:Metal belt type continuously variable transmission (CVT) is an advanced technology to develop vehicle with the advantages of simple and compact structure, easy operation, excellent performance, and low cost. The engine output model and oil consumption model were developed based on engine test results in this paper. The engine speed feature denotes the relationship between the engine speed and the throttle opening when engine works in the optimal modes of economic and power operating. Within the ratio range of the CVT system, the target engine speed in the numerical table was given to realize the engine optimal operating mode. According to the engine speed feature, the matching strategy of CVT system to realize the optimal economical operating mode was analysed by simulation method.
