| Abstract: | The complicated network public sentiment on Internet imposes a new challenge on the political and ideological work in universities and colleges. It is absolutely necessary to guarantee the safety of information culture. The safety guarantee system for network information is a necessary insurance to capture the network public sentiment battlefield. This paper elaborates in detail the important points of public sentiment on internet and safety guarantee system construction. |
