摘    要:以犁体曲面十二参数法为设计原则,利用以AutoCAD R14为平台的三维机械设计造型软件MDT3.0和ADSRX编程环境,设计了犁体曲面的参数化造型软件。该软件集参数选取、设计、造型、视图生成、样板曲线生成为一体,可以对多种犁体曲面进行造型,大大减轻了交互设计时的工作量,并可以在制造之前观察到犁体形状,便于修改潜在的错误,保证曲面的光顺性。

Abstract:In this paper a parameterization molding software was designed by using of MDT 3 0 (Mechanical desktop) and ADSRX (AutoCAD runtime extend) based on the plow surface twelve parameter method. The plow parameterization molding software, which includes parameters input, design, molding, drawing and mould curve generating, can be used to design and mold all types of plow surfaces. By use of the software, the shape of the plow can be observed before manufacturing and the errors can be found and corrected easily, as well as the amount of manual design work can be greatly decreased. Compiled by Microsoft Visual C 5 0, this software can be run directly from the menu bars or command lines in AutoCAD R14 after loading.
