小麦大粒品种内源CA3及ABA含量的变化规律

摘    要:研究了小麦大粒品种86(79)子粒和旗叶中内源GA3及ABA含量变化规律,结果表明,86(79)子粒和旗叶中的GA3含量高,而ABA含量低,旗叶中GA3/ABA与光合速率呈显著的正相关(r=0.8840),子粒中GA3/ABA与子粒灌浆速度呈显著的正相关(r=0.9070),而旗叶中的GA3/ABA与子粒中的GA3/ABA相关不显著。

Abstract:The research was carried out on the changing rules of content of GA 3 and ABA in the seeds and leaves by using big kernel wheat variety 86(79) as test material.The main results were as follows:Content of GA 3 in kernel and flag leaf of big kernel wheat variety was higher,but the content of ABA was lower.It presented significant positive correlation between the rate of GA 3/ABA in flag leaf and photosynthetic rate( r =0.884 0 *).It presented significant positive correlation between the rate of GA 3/ABA in kernel and seed filling rate( r =0.907 0 *),but the correlation of rates of GA 3/ABA in flag leaf and in kernel wast't significant.
