摘    要:以特选紫长茄(长茄品种)和二苠茄(圆茄品种)种子为试验材料,研究了不同浓度Ca2+浸种对茄子种子萌发特性及胚芽和胚根生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:5.0~50.0mmol·L-1Ca2+浸种可显著提高茄子种子发芽特性及胚芽和胚根的SOD、POD、CAT活性,而降低MDA含量,其中两个品种均以25.0mmol·L-1Ca2+浸种效果较好。当Ca2+浸种浓度达到100.0mmol·L-1时,抑制作用最明显。

Abstract:Two eggplant(Solanum melongena L.)cultivars‘Texuanzichangqie’(long eggplant cultivars)and ‘Erminqie’(roundish eggplant cultivar)were selected as experimental materials in this experiment. Effects of seed soaking with exogenous Ca2+ on seed germination, physiological and biochemical characteristics of its plumule and radicle were studied. The results showed that eggplant seed germination characteristics and SOD, POD, CAT activity of its plumule and radicle were promoted, while the content of MDA was reduced when the seed was soaked with 5.0-50.0 mmol&;#8226;L-1 Ca2+. Better effect on seed soaking of these 2 cultivars was gained with 25.0 mmol&;#8226;L-1 Ca2+. When the seed soaking content of Ca2+ reached 100.0 mmol&;#8226;L-1, the inhibition effect was most distinct .
