| 摘 要： | 简述了利用RFLP、SSR、STS、RAPD等分子标记方法对不同矮秆基因进行标记和定位的结果。在小麦矮秆基因标记中，RFLP标记应用得最多，其次是SSR标记和STS标记，RAPD标记应用得较少。

| Abstract: | The results of different dwarf genes marking and positioning in wheat by using molecular marker methods were reviewed,such as RFLP,SSR,STS,RAPD,and so on.In wheat dwarf gene marking,RFLP marker was most widely used,followed by the application of SSR marker and STS marker,RAPD marker was the least one to be used. |
