摘    要:为了研究深绿木霉对青蒿的促生作用,用深绿木霉菌丝体和孢子分别施用于苗期和成株期的青蒿,统计比较各项生长发育指标和生理指标.结果表明:与清水对照相比,深绿木霉菌丝体和孢子均能显著促进青蒿幼苗生长,但对大田成株青蒿没有显著促生作用.深绿木霉适合作为青蒿苗肥,部分替代化肥.

Abstract:The mycelia and spores of Trichoderma atroviride were applied to young and adult Artemisia annual plants, and the development indexes and physiological indexes of A. annual were recorded. The result showed that compared with the control (water treatment), both mycelia and spores of T. atroviride significantly promoted the growth of young A. annual plants grown in the field, while no significant growth-promoting effect was detected on the adult plants. It is, therefore, concluded that T. atroviride can be used at the seedling stage of A. annual to replace part of chemical fertilizers.
