摘    要:为充分认识入侵重庆地区草地贪夜蛾(Spodoptera frugiperda)肠道所携带的细菌组成,以采集自巫山地区玉米地的草地贪夜蛾为材料,在课题组前期研究基础上进一步分离培养并通过16S rDNA测序鉴定了3个未报道的分离株,分别归为短波单胞菌属(Brevundimonas)、金黄杆菌属(Chryseobacterium)以及肠球菌属(Enterococcus).结论进一步丰富了入侵重庆巫山地区草地贪夜蛾肠道优势细菌的种类,为后续研究草地贪夜蛾肠道微生物对宿主的生长发育以及迁飞等重要问题奠定了基础.

Abstract:In order to discover the composition of intestinal bacteria in Spodoptera frugiperda feeding on maize, which migrated to Chongqing in May of 2019, we obtained three unreported isolates in the pest samples collected in maize fields of Wushan by 16S rDNA sequencing on the basis of the previous research. They were shown to belong to Brevundimonas, Chryseobacterium and Enterococcus respectively. This experiment enriched the biodiversity of intestinal dominant bacteria of the S.frugiperda in Wushan county of Chongqing, which may serve as a basis for the follow-up study on the impact of the intestinal microbes on the growth, development and migration of S.frugiperda.
