| 摘 要： | 以 7个葡萄品种为试材 ,研究了常温下 SO2 对不同品种葡萄的急性伤害。结果表明 ,SO2 对不同品种葡萄的急性伤害阈值大小依次为红宝石 <红地球 <马奶 <秋黑 <巨峰 <玫瑰香 <龙眼 ;SO2 的熏蒸浓度、熏蒸时间与漂白指数呈极显著复相关 ,SO2 熏蒸浓度是影响急性伤害的最主要因素 ;果梗和果皮可能是 SO2进入果实内部的两大主要通道

| Abstract: | SO2 acute injury of seven table grapes at room temperature was studied. The results showed that the sequence of acute injury threshold of grapes was "Hongbaoshi"＜“Red Globe”＜“Manai”＜“Autum black”＜“Kyoho”＜“Muscate hamburg ”＜“Longyan”.The bleaching index had very strong correlation with the fumigation concentration and time, and the fumigation concentration showed the greatest effect on acute injury. Epidermis and stem were probably the two main entrances of SO2 into grape fruit. |
