| 摘 要： | 为了解贵州烤烟品种资源对根结线虫病的抗性,对贵州省地方烤烟品种资源进行田间根结线虫抗性鉴定。经形态学鉴定试验烟田内根结线虫为南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)、爪哇根结线虫(Meloidogyne javanica)和花生根结线虫(Meloidogyne arenria)的混合种群;在225个烤烟品种资源材料中发现有8份材料在该混合种群下表现为高抗、18份材料表现为抗病、31份表现为中抗,其它材料均感病或抗性较差。 |

| Abstract: | The resistance to root-knot nematode of 225 tobacco varieties was identificated in tobacco field during 2006 in Guizhou.The results showed that the main species of root-knot nematode in tobacco field were Meloidogyne incognita,Meloidogyne javanica and Meloidogyne arenria.8,18 and 31 varieties of 225 tested varieties were of high resistance,resistance and middle resistance to these root-knot nematodes respectively and other varieties was of the lower resistance or susceptibility. |
