| Abstract: | It was proposed that personalized service should be set as the entry point of implementing knowledge service.Based on the introduction of successful cases of personalized knowledge service at home and abroad,the problems existing in the implementation of knowledge service were analyzed aiming at the present situation of knowledge service of digital library in China.At last,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. |
