| Abstract: | In this paper,problems existed on development and utilization of agricultural Information technology under the network environment were analyzed,as well as unique advantages of these libraries on their services to ＂three-dimensional rural issues＂.Possible measures taken to improve the services were also put forward.By exploration on＂three-dimensional rural issues＂services for years,it was concluded that libraries of agricultural university had got a bright prospects in the services of ＂three-dimensional rural issues＂under the network environment. |
