| 摘 要： | 对32份四倍体桑种质进行养蚕制种的叶质鉴定试验.结果表明, 76%四倍体种质养蚕产卵数较多,产卵数比对照沙2×伦109增产10%～14.87%的四倍体种质有:桂9373、桂93456、桂93459、桂93473、桂93544.四倍体桑春秋叶质对不受精卵率均有一定影响,春蚕第二造四倍体桑的叶质对生种发生率有影响.通过叶质鉴定选出几个叶质优良利于提高蚕种产量和质量的四倍体种质.

| Abstract: | The leaves of 32 kinds of artificially tetraploid mulberry were used to rear silkworms for evaluating their effect on egg laid of silkworms.The results showed that 76% of the tetraploid mulberrys in the trial could increase the number of laid eggs of silkworms .The numbers of laid eggs was increased by 10% to 14.87% under feeding of Gui 9373", "Gui 93456", "Gui 93459", "Gui 93473", "Gui 93544". The leaf quality of the tetraploid mulberry also affected the rate of unfertilized and the rate of non hibernating eggs of the second rearing silkworms of spring. Several tetraploids with good quality leaves and aid for improving yield and quality of eggs of silkworms were selected. |
