摘    要:以红肉火龙果桂红龙系列‘金都1号’为试验材料,研究测定从果实谢花后第1天到果实成熟采收时,果实果形指数、鲜重、干重及含水量的变化过程。结果表明:火龙果成熟时果形指数1.14,主要表现为近圆形,花后8~23 d为果实的快速生长期,平均增长速率为20.5 g/d,快速生长期结束后(果实开始转红),果皮厚度下降,果皮鲜重也随之下降。

Abstract:The fruits of red-fleshed pitaya (Hylocereus spp.) series ''Jindu No.1'' were used as material to determine their change in fruit shape index, fresh weight, dry weight and water content from the first day after flowering through the day when the fruit was harvested ripe. The results showed that the fruit shape index was 1.14 when pitaya fruit was ripe, with the fruit shape being subrounded. The fruit developed very fast during the 8th -23rd days after flowering, and grew at an average rate of 20.5 g/d. After the rapid growth stage, the fruit started to turn red and its skin thickness and fresh weight decreased.
