摘    要:目的]优化超临界萃取烟草精油的条件,并分析其精油成分,为烟草香味成分分析研究及烟草香精的开发提供新的手段。方法]对影响超临界萃取的各种因素进行优化,并用GC-MS分析精油成分。结果]烟草精油超临界萃取最佳条件为:用烟末萃取,萃取压力位300 bar,温度为40℃,夹带剂为无水乙醇,夹带剂添加量为0.10 ml/min,静态萃取时先加入3 ml无水乙醇,静态萃取30 min,再动态萃取1.5 h。精油主要成分为烟碱(58.040%)、新植二烯(14.679%)和维生素E(9.848%)等。结论]得到超临界萃取烟草精油的最佳条件,为烟草香味成分分析研究及烟草香精的开发提供了新的手段。

Abstract:Objective]To optimize the supercritical extraction conditions of essential oil from tobacco and analyze the chemical compositions,so as to provide means for the analysis of constituents of tobacco aroma and development of tobacco essence.Method]Each influencing factor was optimized and the chemical constituents were analyzed with GC-MS.Result]The optimal extraction conditions were optimized to be as follows:sample of tobacco powder,extraction pressure of 300 bar,temperature of 40 ℃,entrainer of absolute ethanol and the added amount of 0.10 ml/min,static extraction duration of 30 min(with 3 ml absolute ethanol in) and dynamic extraction duration of 1.5 h.In addition,the major chemical constituents were nicotine(58.040%),Neophytadiene(14.679%) and vitamin E(9.848%) etc..Conclusion]The optimal extraction conditions were obtained in this study,which provides the new means for the the analysis of constituents of tobacco aroma and development of tobacco essence.
