| 摘 要： | 设置系列冷冻温度和处理时间开展南方红豆杉种子冷冻催芽试验,结果表明:南方红豆杉种子经冷冻处理,于4月份气温升高后播种,约25d种子即可萌发;在-20～-15℃条件下,冷冻处理30d即达最佳效果,其萌发率在75%以上。

| Abstract: | The paper studied the accelerating germination of Taxua chinensis var.mairei Cheng et L.K seed by changing freezing temperature and time.The results show that the seed treated by means of freezing can germinate 25 days after sown in April.The optimum effect was achieved under freezing temperature from-20 to-15℃ for 30 d,and the germination rate is more than 75%. |
