| 摘 要： | 为探讨日粮中添加地衣芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡肠道菌群与形态结构的影响,选用392日龄健康的海兰灰蛋鸡360只,随机分为4个组,每个组设6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加1×109cfu/kg、2×109cfu/kg、3×109cfu/kg的地衣芽孢杆菌。结果表明:日粮中添加3×109cfu/kg地衣芽孢杆菌对平衡肠道菌群、改善肠道形态结构效果明显。

| Abstract: | To study the effect of dietary Bacillus licheniformiss on intestinal microflora and morphology of layer,360 Hyline brown layers of 392 days of age were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replications per group and 15 each replication.Layers in control group were fed the basal diet.The Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ trail group were fed the diet contained Bacillus licheniformiss 1×109 cfu/kg,2×109 cfu/kg,3×109 cfu/kg,respectively.The results showed that intestinal microflora balance and morphology of 3×109 cfu/kg group were best in all groups. |
