摘    要:试验表明,水稻播种时用中生菌素60倍55~60℃药液浸种,任其自然冷却48h;稻苗3~4叶期和移栽前5~7d分别用中生菌素200倍液喷雾1次,可推迟田间白叶枯病的发病始期20d以上,并显著降低其发病程度,对于轻病田或轻发生年份,大田可免于防治,重发生年份在8月上旬再用中生菌素200倍液喷雾1次,可更有效地控制病情的发展。

Abstract:Rice seeds were soaked in 500 μL/L water solution of zhongshengmycin antibiotic substance at temperature 55-60℃, then cooling down naturally for 48 hours before sowing. 150 μL/L solution of the antibiotic was sprayed on rice seedling at the 3-4 leaf stage and 5-7 days before transplanting, respectively. The application of the antibiotic in this way was able to make Xanthomonas oryzae to occur 20 days or more late in rice fields, and reduced incidence of the disease significantly, compared with control. In case of light diseased fields or years, such a treatment was enough to prevent rice from the damage of the disease in whole growth period. However, in heavy diseased years, spraying 150 μL/L solution of the antibiotic again was able to restrict the development of the disease more efficiently at early August.
