应用~(32)P研究混交林中油松和元宝枫的相互关系

摘    要:用直接浸根法从油松和元宝枫的根部引入NaH_2 ~(32)PO_4(0.338毫居里/株),分别于3、10、30、60、90天用定标器和液体闪烁仪测其叶部的放射性脉冲。结果表明,~(32)P三天即到达树冠,且首先集中在树冠上部再向下分配;油松元宝枫混交林中油松比元宝枫各个时期吸收的~(32)P多10.24—46.9%,但两树种的吸收高峰同时出现,纯林中的油松比混交林中油松吸收~(32)P的数量少,高峰出现得也晚。其结论是,试验地条件下油松比元宝枫的竞争能力强。此外,还采用了土壤喷洒方法,还用放射自显影术测得~(32)P在林木枝叶中的分布状况。


STUDY OF THE INTERRELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PINE AND MAPLE IN THE MIXED STAND WITH ~(32)P
Abstract:0.338 m.curie of NaH2 32PO4 per tree was introduced to the pine and maple trees by direct soaking root tips in the isotop solution.The radioactivity (impulse) of leaves were measured by Sealer liquid scintillation counter at the 3rd,10th,30th,60th,90th days after the introduction.Results indicate that the radioactive 32p reached the top of the tree on the 3rd day.At first it concentrated in the upper part of the crown and than gradually moved downward.In the pine-maple mixed stand the intake of 32p by pine at various stages was 10.2%-46.9% higher than that by maple.The peak of intake occurred at the same time for both tree species,The intake of 32p by pine in the pure stand was less than that in the mixed stand.The peak of intake occurred later in the pure stand too.In such mixed stand of pine and maple,pine is a stronger competitor than maple.Besides,soil spray method was also used in these studies,Distribution of 32p in the leeves was shown by autoradiography.
