摘    要:目的]黄斑星天牛Anoplophora nobilis Ganglbauerdou和光肩星天牛Anoplophora glabripennis (Motsch.)是2002年前后从外省传入新疆林业上的一种毁灭性蛀干害虫,摸清它们在新疆的发生发展规律,抓住其生活习性中的薄弱环节,为开展综合防治提供依据.方法]2006~2009年通过林间调查和室内试验对该天牛生物学特性进行较为系统的观察研究.结果]黄斑星天牛和光肩星天牛的生活习性极其相似,在外部形态上除了卵和蛹外,其幼虫和成虫有些差异,据国内有关专家用分子遗传标记(RAPD)等技术分析鉴定后认为它们是同一个种类1]统称为黄斑星天牛.据调查在新疆光肩星天牛多于黄斑星天牛.它们在新疆都是1年发生1代,大多以卵和幼虫越冬,在焉耆县翌年5月上旬化蛹,成虫于6月初出现,成虫羽化盛期在7月初~7月底.雄成虫寿命为8~65 d(平均32 d),雌成虫寿命为6~67 d(平均34 d).由于新疆南北的气候差异,南北疆成虫发生期也有差异,伊宁市比焉耆县提前半个月左右.它们在新疆主要危害杨、柳、榆、槭等15种树木,危害树木的主干和直径粗3 cm以上的枝干.结论]基本掌握了黄斑星天牛的生物学特性,为防治该天牛提供了理论依据.

Abstract:【Objective】Anoplophora nobilis and Anoplophora glabripennis spreaded to Xinjiang from other provinces, and they are deadly trunk borers for Xinjiang forestry.For providing a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of the longhorned beetle,the reserach was conducted to study the occurrence and development law of the longhorned beetle in Xinjiang and grasp the weakness of their life habits.【Method】The biological characteristics of the longhorned beetle was systematically investigated and studied both in field and in laboratory from 2006 to 2009.【Result】The life habit of Anoplophora nobilis and Anoplophora glabripennis are quite similar.Larvae and adult are different in figuration besides egg and pupae.Some experts consider that they belong to the same species after analysis and identification using RAPD technology.They are generally called Anoplophora nobilis Ganglbauerdou.According to survey,the number of Anoplophora glabripennis in Xinjiang is more than the number of Anoplophora nobilis and they happened 1 generation per year.They overwinter as egg and larvae.Larvae began to pupate in early May in Yanqi.Adults started to emerge in early June,and the amount of adults occur a peak from the beginning of July to the end of July.The longevity of adults was about 8~65 d(average 32 d)for male,and about 6~67 d(average 34d)for female.The occurrence period of adults in south and north Xinjiang is different because of the different climate,therefore Yining is half a month earlier than Yanqi.They mainly damaged about 15 trees species such as poplar,willow,elm and maple.They mainly damaged tree's trunks and big limbs that have diameters thicker than 3 cm.【Conclusion】The study has basically grasped the biological characteristics of the longhorned beetle.It provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of the longhorned beetle.
