摘    要:用PLTPA浸泡冬小麦种子,可使麦苗SOD、POD、CAT活性升高;MDA含量降低,Pro,可溶性总糖和叶绿素含量增加,根和叶的TTC还原率同步增加,电导率同步降低,小麦产量提高。

Abstract:The biochemical measurements showed that, by means of soaking seeds with PLTPA, the enzyme activities of SOD, POD, CAT were increased while the content of MDA was decreased; meanwhile, the contents of proline, soluble sugar and chlorophyll were increased.Moreover, the increase of the TTC reducing ratio and the decrease of the electrical conductivity ratio were synchronous in roots and leaves.The cold hardiness and the yield of the winter wheat whose seeds were soaked with PLTPA.
