稀土元素镧对红壤脲酶、酸性磷酸酶活性的影响

摘    要:通过室内培养和水稻盆栽试验研究了稀土元素镧对红壤脲酶、酸性磷酸酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,在培养试验中 ,镧对土壤脲酶活性表现为刺激作用并随浓度的升高而增强 ,在300mg/kg时 ,刺激作用达到显著水平 ,镧对土壤酸性磷酸酶活性作用不明显 ;在盆栽试验中 ,镧对土壤脲酶、酸性磷酸酶均产生强烈的刺激作用 ,在30mg/kg时 ,刺激作用达到显著水平 ;土壤脲酶和酸性磷酸酶活性是评价稀土农用效应的有效指标。

Abstract:The effects of Lanthanum (La) on urease and acid phosphatase activities in red soil was studied by soil culture and rice pot experiment. The results showed: in the soil culture experiment, La had stimulative effect on urease activity and the stimulation was strengthened with increasing concentration. In contrast, the element La had no significant effect on acid phosphatase activity. In rice pot experiment, La exhibited strong stimulative effect on urease and acid phosphatase activities. When the concentration >30 mg/kg used, the stimulation was discovered to be significant, indicating that urease and phosphatase activities were effective index of biological effect of rare earth elements.
