非洲菊新品种高效繁殖和生产技术研究

摘    要:采用无菌叶片作外植体,进行激素配比对叶片诱导率、高效繁殖和生产效率的研究。结果表明:在BA浓度为1.0~8.0 mg/L时都可以诱导叶片产生不定芽,且随BA浓度的增加,不定芽数量和玻璃化率随之增加;在BA浓度为8.0 mg/L时增殖效率最高,较对照提高了17.0倍,BA浓度为2.0 mg/L时生产效率最高,较对照提高6.5倍。在BA 2.0~4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L的培养基中进行叶片诱导,在MS+BA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L的培养基中进行不定芽继代增殖是高效繁殖和生产非洲菊新品种的有效方法。

Abstract:The effects of different hormones combination on leaf induction,propagation and production efficiency were studied by using the aseptic leaves of gerbera as the explant.The results indicated that the adventitious buds were induced when the concentration of BA was between 1.0 mg/L and 8.0 mg/L,and the induced adventitious buds and rate of vitrification were increased along with the increment of BA concentration.The propagation rate was improved by 17 times with 8.0 mg/L BA,and the production efficiency was i...
