| 摘 要： | 自郑州某奶牛场采集9份乳房炎乳样进行细菌分离鉴定,并进行药敏试验。结果表明,分离出11株细菌,以葡萄球菌、链球菌为主要致病菌,对磺胺甲恶唑/甲氧苄啶、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、阿米卡星敏感,而对青霉素G、链霉素、克林霉素具有较高耐药性。

| Abstract: | Pathogen bacteria were isolated and identified from dairy cows with mastitis in a dairy farm in Zhengzhou City and sensitivity test was carried out. The results showed that 11 strains of bacteria were isolated,and staphylococcus and streptococcus were the main pathogens. These bacteria were high susceptible to sulfamethoxazole / trimethoprim, ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and amikacin,but higher resistant to penicillin G, streptomycin and clindamycin. |
