| 摘 要： | 目的]探索绵羊皮肤中凋亡细胞分布规律。方法]利用原位末端标记(TUNEL)方法,研究了蒙古绵羊皮肤表皮层和真皮层中凋亡细胞在不同季节的分布情况。结果]蒙古绵羊的表皮层呈黄褐色的凋亡细胞层,从基底层到角化层均有阳性细胞,且分布均匀。其凋亡细胞的数量随季节的不同而有所区别。真皮层的凋亡细胞主要分布于毛囊的各层结构中。真皮层凋亡细胞数量呈周期性变化,在4~5月开始增加,6~8月最多,10~12月逐渐减少至原来的水平。结论]蒙古绵羊的皮肤表层细胞的凋亡是连续的,且每个季节均有发生,以夏天的凋亡现象最多。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the distribution laws of the apoptotic cells in the skin of sheep.Method] By the method of in situ end labeling(TUNEL),the distribution of apoptotic cells in the epidermal layer and dermal layer in the skin of Mongolia sheep in different seasons was studied.Result] The epidermal layer of Mongolia sheep showed apoptotic cell layer.Positive cells were detected from basal layer to cuticular layer with even distribution.The number of apoptotic cells in epidermal layer was distinguished with different seasons.The apoptotic cells in dermal layer were mainly distributed in each structure of hair follicle.The number of apoptotic cells in dermal layer showed the periodic changes.It began to increase in April~May,being most between June and August and gradually reduced to the primary level between October and December.Conclusion] The apoptosis of the superficial cells in the skin of Mongolia sheep was continuous and happened in every season.And the apoptosis phenomena in summer was most. |
