剑麻对铜的耐性与累积效应研究初探

摘    要:通过沙培试验研究了剑麻对重金属铜的耐性和累积效应,试验设计了铜浓度为0、100、250、400、500、1000、1500、2500、4000、5000mg/kg共10个浓度处理,60d后收获分析。结果表明:在低浓度0-500mg/kg时剑麻植株长势良好,地上部生长不受影响;浓度在1000 ̄2500mg/kg时剑麻植株出现毒害现象,表现为茎近根部出现褐色,并伴有叶上出现褐色斑点,根系几乎没有生长;浓度达到4000 ̄5000mg/kg时植株很快死亡;重金属铜对剑麻根系的生长影响较大。剑麻对重金属铜具有较强的忍耐性,其体内重金属铜含量地下部高于地上部,且剑麻植株体内积累的铜量随铜处理浓度的升高而增加。

Abstract:The tolerance and accumulation of Cu for sisal throw sand culture were studied. The examination were designed as Cu chroma 0,100,250, 400,500,1000,1500,2500, 4000,5000mg/kg,after 60 days reap and analysis. The results showed Sisal grew well when Cu concentration lower than (0~500mg/kg), the heavy Cu have no influence of aerial growth, sisal injured when Cu concentration was as high as 1000mg/kg, root hardly no growth, the sisal got dead when Cu concentration was 4000mg/kg. sisal root growth were great influence of heavy Cu. sisal have good tolerance of Cu and Cu concentration of plants was underground top, Sisal cumulate of heavy Cu with the sand content increase and increase.
