| 摘 要： | 牛病毒性腹泻病毒(Boyine viral diarrhoea virus,BVDV)在我国发现有20多年,而在世界范围来讲已有近100年的历史.由于牛病毒性腹泻病毒造成奶牛生产性能下降、繁殖障碍、持续感染等,是导致集约化奶牛场严重亏损的重要原因.且牛病毒性腹泻导致的黏膜病致死率几乎100%,已经严重阻碍养牛业的发展,但目前我国对牛病毒性腹泻还没有好的防控措施.文章对牛病毒性腹泻的发生历史总结,便于在牛病毒性腹泻病毒的诊断和预防中参考.

| Abstract: | The emergence and existence of Bovine viral diarrhoea virus(BVDV)in China has more than20 years in our country,while it was found to be nearly 100 years in the world.It become one of the major reasons causing the severe economic loss in scaled dairy farms because of the decrease of milk production,reproductive barrier it caused and its persistent infection.The mortality of the mucous membrane disease was about 100%.it seriously hindered the development of dairy industry,while prevention and control strategy is nearly a blank.This article summarized the occurrence and research history of BVDV to offer a reference on detection and diagnosis of BVDV. |
