| 摘 要： | 试验采用分光光度法,测定了贯众、白术、黄芪、山萸肉等15种中草药对乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的相互作用,结果表明:15种中草药对乳酸杆菌均有不同程度的促进作用,但贯众、山萸肉、陈皮、党参、栀子对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌却具有良好的抑制作用,在试验浓度范围内具均表现为显著差异(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01),其余的对乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌均有不同程度的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The interaction was tested by spectrophotography between fifteen kinds of Chinese herbal medicine(such as Hydroxyl-farreol?Largehead atractylodes?Membranous milkvetch?Common macrocarpium etc)and three kinds of bacteria which included Lactobacillus,Escherichia coli and Salmonella.The results showed that all the fifteen kinds of Chinese herbal medicine had auxo-action to Lactobacillus in different level;but the Chinese herbal medicine of hydroxyl-farreol?common macrocarpium?tangerine peel?tangshen?cape jasmine fruit could produce good inhibition to the Escherichia coli and Salmonella,they all showed significant difference(P<0.05)or extremely significant difference(P<0.01)within the range of experimental concentration,the others showed auxo -action to Lactobacilli,Escherichia coli and Salmonella in different level. |
