真姬菇功能食品抗疲劳研究

摘    要:目的]研究真姬菇功能食品的抗疲劳功能。方法]选用160只雄性昆明种小鼠,体重18~22 g,按体重随机分成4个组;真姬菇功能食品设12、4、g/(kg.bw)低、中、高3种剂量,去离子水为对照组,对试验小鼠连续30 d经口灌胃给予,30d后分别测定各组小鼠游泳时间、尿素氮、肝糖原、血乳酸含量。结果]与对照组相比,低、中、高剂量组的真姬菇功能食品小鼠游泳时间比明显延长(P<0.01),肝糖原含量明显升高(P<0.01);高剂量组游泳后的血乳酸曲线下面积明显降低(P<0.01);真姬菇功能食品对小鼠血清尿素氮含量无影响。结论]真姬菇功能食品能显著延长小鼠游泳时间,增加肝糖原含量含量,降低运动后小鼠血乳酸曲线下面积。真姬菇功能食品具有抗疲劳功能。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the effect of anti-fatigue function of Hypsizygus marmoreus function food.Methods] 160 Kungming male mice,18-22 g in weight,were randomly divided into 4 groups and 3 kinds of low,middle and high doses(1,2,4 g/(kg·bw)) of H.marmoreus function food were administered to the mice for 30 d,with feeding the deionized water as CK group.The swimming time,contents of serum urea nitrogen,hepatic glycogen,and serum lactic acid in each group of mice were measured after 30 days.Result] Compared with the CK group,in the test group with low,middle and high doses of H.marmoreus function food,the swimming time was significantly prolonged and the hepatic glycogen content was significantly increased(P<0.01);the areas under the curve of blood lactic acid after swimming in test group with high dose was significantly decreased(P<0.01) and H.marmoreus function food had no effect on the content of serum urea nitrogen in mice.Conclusion]H.marmoreus function food could significantly prolong the swimming time,increase the hepatic glycogen content and reduce the areas under the curve of lactic acid after sport.H.marmoreus function food had the anti-fatugue function in mice.
