| 摘 要： | 本试验用分离纯化的猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌（APP）3型荚膜多糖（CPS），致敏双醛化处理的绵羊血红细胞，建立了APP的血清学诊断方法，结果表明，该方法特异性强，仅与APP 3型阳性血清反应，可以用其进行APP疫苗免疫后抗体检测，该诊断方法简单、快速，适用于临床疾病的诊断。

| Abstract: | The indirect hemagglutination assays was obtained by sensitization of sheep red blood cell with the separated and purifitied capsular polysaccharide (CPS) of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotype 3. The result showed that the speciality of the indirect hemagglutination assays was good. It could only agglutinate the same type positive antibody and could be used to detect Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotype 3 antibody. Simple fast economic way to test Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae antibody with the indirect hemagglutination assays. It is a valid means to diagnose and prevent Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae. |
