| 摘 要： | 研究发现发酵床养殖垫料的含水量、铺撒厚度、翻动频率以及每日鸭粪排泄量等可人工控制因素对垫料的温度、湿度、供氧和营养物质含量等具有复杂的交叉影响,从而调控垫料中发酵菌群的构成和生长状态,最终导致了鸭粪转化程度和氨气排放量的变化。结果表明,环境温度在20-35℃、垫料含水量45%-60%、垫料厚度为50-60cm、每天翻动1-2次的情况下,发酵垫料每日最高可承载自身干重7.5%-10%的鲜鸭粪,折合蛋鸭养殖密度为10只/m2。如鸭粪排泄量超过垫料的承载能力,将使鸭粪的处理能力逐渐降低,氨气的排放增加。

| Abstract: | Operational factors, such as aquiferous ratio, thickness, mixing frequency, and excrements carrying ratio, show complex influence on the temperature, humidity, oxygen supplement, and content of nutriments. And thus, the microbes in the fermentation bed can be controlled, which leads to the difference of changing degree of excrements and the NH3 released.
